Description
COD sensor is a new generation of environmental protection COD/ BOD sensor, no reagent, no pollution, more economic and environmental protection. Small size, easy to install, and can monitor water quality online. Turbidity interference automatic compensation, with automatic cleaning device, even long-term monitoring also has good stability.
Measuring principle
Many organic substances disclosed in water will absorb UV light. Therefore, the total amount of organic pollutants in water can be measured by measuring the absorption of these organic substances by UV light with a wavelength of 254 nm, which can automatically compensate for optical path attenuation and turbidity effects, resulting in more stable and reliable measurement values.
